Orders are processed Monday–Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays.
- Shoes: 7–9 business days processing + 9–12 business days shipping = 16–23 business days
- Others: 1–3 business days processing + 3–6 business days shipping = 4–9 business days
- Embroidered Shoes: 22-30 business days
